On Monday afternoon Zach Leonhardi returned with the Southern All Star eSports Series at the (virtual) Lanier National (GA) Speedway. Starting the night off with an 8-lap heat race victory, Zach locked into the fifth-starting position for the main event. After getting spun around by another competitor on the fourth lap and sentenced to the tail, Leonhardi worked his way up to a 16th place outing in the remaining 46 circuits.

Thursday night saw Zach Leonhardi return behind the wheel of his CSR Aluminum Fabrication No. 24 virtual Late Model at the (virtual) Lanier National (GA) Speedway for the inaugural Southern All Star Dirt eSports Series event. Drawing 62 cars, Leonhardi fell one spot short of a transfer position in his heat race, sending him into the B-Main. Picking up a 12-lap consolation victory, Zach locked into the 11th-starting position for the main event. After breaking into the Top-10 early and challenging for sixth, Zach Leonhardi was involved in a tangle in the final 10 laps that dropped him back to an 18th place outing.

Zach Leonhardi kicked off the 13th annual Schaeffer’s Oil Spring Fling presented by VLR on Tuesday night at the Dirt Track Charlotte (Concord, North Carolina) competing in preliminary action. With the stout field of 180 cars being split into three separate groups, Leonhardi followed up the 11th fastest time in his group of 60 with a third place finish in his heat. Sending the Top 3 finishers from the feature on Tuesday into the main event on Thursday evening, Zach battled for a podium spot early before contact with a competitor dropped him back to a ninth place outing.

On Wednesday night, Leonhardi secured his spot into the $4,000-to-win A-Main on Thursday night with a 30-lap A-Main victory.

Starting the 100-lap main event in 11th, Zach battled for a Top-5 finish in the first half of the feature but late-race contact plummeted him back to 14th.
