On Saturday evening Zach Leonhardi was one of 39 Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series signed in at Dixie Speedway (Woodstock, Georgia) for the Dixie Shootout. Coming two spots shy of a transfer position in his heat with a 6th place finish, Zach transferred into the B-Main for another shot at the $12,000-to-win A-Main. Needing to place in the Top 3, Leonhardi fell short with a 6th place finish.

Sunday’s Rome Showdown at Rome Speedway (Rome, Georgia) fell victim to Mother Nature.
